Before you write#

Check the response code and request_id: Errors.
Look at your webhook delivery log and the recent requests on the API key's page in the dashboard.

Contact#

the request_id (or X-Request-Id) of the failing call
the endpoint, and whether the key is sandbox or live
what you expected and what happened

Never send an API key, a webhook secret or a full card or bank account number. If you have, revoke or rotate it first.

Reporting a security issue#

Email dev@olympuspay.co with the subject "Security". Describe how to reproduce it and do not access data that is not yours. We will acknowledge the report and keep you informed.

Tools#

OpenAPI specification: import into Postman or Insomnia, or generate a client in your language.

There are no official SDKs yet. The API is small and stable enough to call directly, and the OpenAPI file can generate a typed client.
